Modular buildings that are built for storage are built offsite in a factory and brought to the site by truck. Once they are set up they are sturdy and provide a great space to store stuff, some modular storage buildings are climate controlled buildings.

Modular buildings can be made out of many different materials; the simplest modular buildings are made of tin or aluminum. Complex modular buildings can be made from stone, wood, glass the sky is the limit.

A rough estimate is around fifty to sixty thousand dollars for eight or nine hundred square foot modular buildings. These costs can go way up when customizations are added. A customized modular home can cost up to one million dollars, which would still be substantially cheaper than a site built home with the same amenities. There is no limit to how modular buildings can be customized they can be made in any architectural type and with any amenity.
Modular buildings can be the answer to a lot of the site built issues, primarily hold ups due to inclement weather. Modular buildings do not experience weather delays that are prevalent with site built buildings.
